How do I contact SYBM?

Are there any charges if you can't find any savings?

The beauty of SYBM is if there is no savings available then there will be no fee, so you have nothing to lose.

 

As I am involved in our business in other areas, I don't really have the time to spend on these cost saving projects?

We feel that time is money, so we try to take the numerous meetings out of the process, simply choose your category and upload your usage/spend for the last 6–12 months on to the website and we will come back to you with the savings available.

 

How do I know that the chosen supplier will honour the pricing?

The supplier will be contracted and also scored by SYBM, when they submit their pricing to SYBM they would have already committed pricing to a fixed period of time.

 

It all sounds too easy, are there any hidden surprises that may pop up during this process?

For our clients it is easy, SYBM will do all the work and will then submit the best offer to our clients, the only surprise you get is what we're able to save you.

 

How much will it cost our business?

SYBM will charge 10% of the savings we find, so in effect you will be able to enjoy 90% of the savings.

 

How do I register my details?

Simply register your details on our register page and you will instantly be given a username and password.

 

What can I get cost savings on?

Just view our categories section and this will show you which areas we can save your business money.

 

Do we have to pay a joining or membership fee?

There are no fees to our clients, only the 10% on the savings we make.

 

What if you introduce a supplier we have used in the past on not been happy with?

It's your business, so if you don't want to use a particular company then that’s your choice, however, we should have captured this information when you register.

 

How long will the process take?

SYBM will aim to get an offer out to you within 7 working days of you uploading your information to the site.

 

How many categories can I look at, at one time?

You can look at as many categories as you would like, the process our end doesn't change and you will still get an offer within 7 working days regardless of the quantity of categories you look at to reduce your running costs.
